Returns & Exchanges

At Trousseau of Dallas, we want you to truly love your lingerie. If for any reason it’s not the perfect fit, most items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions about the return or exchange process, please contact us at nasrin@trousseauofdallas.com.

We understand how challenging sizing can be—especially when shopping online. We encourage you to take our L² Fit Quiz or reach out via email if you’d like help with fit, sizing, or selecting an alternative style. We’re always happy to help you find the perfect piece.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item was purchased within the last 14 days
  • Item has not been worn, altered, or washed and is odor-free
  • Item is returned in its original packaging with all tags and liners attached
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is included
  • Underwear must have been tried on over your own
  • Item is not a sale item, personal product, hosiery, adhesive product, or body/garment care product

Price Adjustments

We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase or ship date, with the original receipt.

Items purchased at a discounted price or with a promotion code are not eligible for price adjustments. Adjustments apply only to items that are later marked down on sale.

Final Sale Items

All sale items (items already marked down on the website) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Items purchased using a promotion or coupon code (but not already marked down) may be returned for a refund. Promotion codes cannot be applied to sale items unless explicitly stated.

Additional final sale items include personal products, hosiery, adhesive products, and body or garment care products.

Refund & Credit Processing

Once your return is received at our showroom, it will be processed within 2–5 business days. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all returns undergo careful inspection.

Please note that your financial institution determines when refunded funds become available.

How to Return

Complete the Trousseau of Dallas Return Form included with your order and indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange.

For faster exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired size, color, or style. Your return will be refunded once received.

If your original purchase used a promotion or discount code, we are happy to honor the same code once for an even exchange (same item, different size or color).
